Brand & Content Lead

We’re working with a growing B2B business looking for a Brand & Content Lead to shape how they show up in the market through high-quality content, clear messaging and strong brand execution.

This role will drive thought leadership, brand authority and content strategy, working closely with marketing, sales and leadership to support pipeline and positioning.

What you’ll own

Content strategy & execution
Develop and deliver a structured content strategy across LinkedIn, blogs, reports and owned channels. Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality output aligned to business priorities.
Thought leadership & PR
Support executive profiling and thought leadership, helping senior stakeholders build visibility in the market. Manage PR activity and external communications.
Case studies & storytelling
Create compelling customer stories that clearly demonstrate outcomes and value, supporting commercial conversations and sales enablement.
Website & messaging
Own messaging across the website and digital touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with brand positioning.
Brand management
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual and verbal identity across all channels.

What they’re looking for

  • 4–6 years’ experience in content or brand roles
  • Strong experience creating high-quality B2B content
  • Experience managing brand messaging across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of how content supports the buyer journey
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and leadership
