Recruitment Manager

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Manager on an initial 6 month contract, working on a hybrid basis from their central London offices.

Recruitment Manager Central London – Hybrid £475 per day inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a high-performing in-house recruitment team delivering large-scale hiring across Professional Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a modern, data-driven recruitment function, moving beyond traditional advertising approaches to proactive talent attraction and efficient hiring at scale.

You will lead a team of recruiters managing a high-volume portfolio of roles and delivering approximately 800 – 1,000 hires per year, using data and insight to improve recruitment performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and manage a team of recruiters delivering end-to-end recruitment
  • Oversee a large portfolio of high-volume vacancies and ensure timely hiring
  • Monitor recruitment performance against KPIs and service standards
  • Drive improvements in time-to-hire, candidate quality and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Analyse recruitment data to improve efficiency, candidate quality and offer acceptance
  • Provide expert advice to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Support delivery of the organisation’s recruitment strategy
  • Manage complex or senior recruitment campaigns when required

About You

  • Proven experience leading a high-volume in-house recruitment team
  • Experience managing recruitment delivery against KPIs and service levels
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage large recruitment volumes while maintaining quality
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment data

Desirable

  • REC qualification or equivalent professional certification
  • Experience recruiting across professional services functions
