FULL DESCRIPTION
Multi-Trader / General Builder Required (Temp to Perm)
London & surrounding areas £24.00 – £26.25 per hour (flexible depending on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trader / General Builder to join our client’s team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role involves carrying out remedial works across a variety of completed projects, covering both commercial and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of remedial and finishing works independently
- Assess jobs on-site and determine required materials and approach
- Complete tasks to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Work collaboratively with the wider team
Typical Works Include:
- Partition walls
- Basic carpentry
- Decorating and making good
- Basic plastering
- Tiling repairs and installation
- General maintenance and problem-solving tasks
Requirements:
- Background in carpentry (preferred) or a strong multi-trade skillset
- Good all-round building knowledge
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Own tools required
