The Role
This is a beginner-level position ideal for a motivated individual eager to learn from experienced fitters and fabricators. You will be working strictly on the tools within the factory environment, assisting with and building anti-slip access systems and carrying out fiberglass work.
Key Duties
- Fabricating and assembling GRP and anti-slip access systems
- Carrying out fiberglass work
- Working alongside experienced fitters to learn and develop skills
- Operating tools and equipment within a factory setting
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Requirements
- Keen attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a hands-on factory environment
- Carpentry experience is desirable
- Any additional relevant tickets or certifications are beneficial
