Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-end construction projects in Central London? Our client is seeking a dedicated and driven Junior Project Manager to support their Contracts Managers. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn in a dynamic and busy environment, with a focus on improving project performance and growing within the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Performance: Actively contribute to enhancing overall project performance through effective planning and execution.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations, including CDM 2015
  • Building Regulations Awareness: Stay updated on building regulations to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supply Chain Management: Issue supply chain inquiries and place low-value orders via email to support project needs.
  • Site Meetings: Attend and contribute to site meetings with Contracts Managers, Site Foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • H&S: Follow up on independent Health & Safety inspection reports to ensure all items are addressed and closed out.
  • Client Relations & Liaison: Represent the company at meetings, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
