Duties:
- Perform physical labour tasks as assigned by the supervisor/site manager - Load and unload materials and equipment efficiently. - Assist in construction and maintenance projects to support project completion. - Clean and prepare job sites for work activities. - Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. - Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area. - Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred. - Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team. - Exhibit a strong work ethic with a willingness to acquire new skills. - Possess physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy objects safely. - Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is advantageous.
