4Site is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a dynamic and professional team at a specialist contractor based in Central London. They’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about HR. Previous experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator with a construction main contractor is a plus, but most importantly, they’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key HR contact, advising on policies and procedures
- Manage employee sponsorship processes and visa compliance
- Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and compliance
- Work closely with payroll to ensure smooth HR transactions
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data protection compliance
- Administer employee rewards and benefits, handling enquiries
- Track HR metrics and provide reports to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment
- Degree qualified, CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Highly organised, efficient, and solutions-focused
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion
- Strong Excel skills and numerical ability
- Experience with HR software systems (advantageous)
- Keen to learn, develop, and grow within the role
