4Site is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join a dynamic and professional team at a specialist contractor based in Central London. They’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who is passionate about HR. Previous experience working as a Human Resources Coordinator with a construction main contractor is a plus, but most importantly, they’re looking for someone with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key HR contact, advising on policies and procedures
  • Manage employee sponsorship processes and visa compliance
  • Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including contracts and compliance
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure smooth HR transactions
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data protection compliance
  • Administer employee rewards and benefits, handling enquiries
  • Track HR metrics and provide reports to support business decisions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as required

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment
  • Degree qualified, CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Highly organised, efficient, and solutions-focused
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with discretion
  • Strong Excel skills and numerical ability
  • Experience with HR software systems (advantageous)
  • Keen to learn, develop, and grow within the role
