Overview

We’re now looking for a Site Manager with proven experience on high-end residential projects valued between £5m–£10m, particularly within exclusive postcodes such as Knightsbridge, Chelsea, and Belgravia. This is an excellent opportunity for a young, ambitious Site Manager with proven experience in prime residential refurbishments, looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be working under a brilliant Project Manager — a seasoned professional with a long-standing track record in delivering high-end residential projects to the very highest standards.

The Role:

• Join a dedicated project team overseeing the internal and external refurbishment of luxury homes
• Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and high-net-worth clients to ensure flawless delivery
• Drive progress on site, manage trades, and ensure exceptional quality from start to finish
• Initial 8-week contract, with the potential to go permanent if you prove to be the right fit

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on prime residential refurbishments
• Project experience in Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Belgravia or similar high-end locations
• Strong eye for detail and premium finishes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious mindset and a genuine passion for building exceptional homes
