Duties:

  • - Soft strip out / demolition work
  • - Execute physical labour tasks under the guidance of the supervisor
  • - Load and unload materials and equipment efficiently
  • - Contribute to the setup and clean-up of job sites
  • - Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • - Maintain cleanliness and organization at work sites
  • - Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals

Experience:

  • - Prior experience in a labour-intensive position is advantageous
  • - Proficiency in following instructions accurately and working autonomously or in a team setting
  • - Demonstrated strong work ethic and eagerness to acquire new skills
  • - Physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy objects
  • - Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is beneficial
