We are currently looking for a Operative to join our team based at Ballidon.

Role Responsibility

In the role of Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for operating the processing plant and maintaining plant balance.
• Load lorries via the control room with daily customer requirements.
• Work with lab testing team to ensure product compliance is met.
• Carry out daily safety and quality checks on plant.
• Attend and contribute to monthly safety and operational meetings.
• Operating manual bulk bag machine and automatic bagging operation.
• Operating mobile plant.
• Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping.
• Opportunities to progress to team leader and deputy team leader positions.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate of a Operative, will have experience in a similar role as well as:

• Experience of health and safety within a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Fork lift driving license
• Flexibility to cover various shift patterns
• Good communication skills
• Full training will be provided if required
