General Practitioner - Bryngwyn Surgery

We are seeking a long-term locum GP to join Bryngwyn Surgery on a regular basis. The role is for Fridays, with all-day cover and on-call responsibility in the afternoon. You will be supported by an experienced MDT.

We are seeking a long-term locum GP to join Bryngwyn Surgery on a regular basis.

The role is forFridays, with:

  • All-day cover
  • On-call responsibility in the afternoon

You will be supported by an experienced MDT, including an ANP, paramedic, nursing team, pharmacists, and a strong care navigation and administrative team. Workload is well managed, with clear systems in place to support safe and efficient patient care

The practice is highly organised, with clear systems and manageable workflows, offering a stable and supportive working environment.

Main duties of the job

Routine GP consultations (telephone and face-to-face)

Manage same-day demand and acute presentations

  • Afternoon on-call including some triage
  • Routine and urgent GP consultations
  • Results, prescriptions, and referrals

  • Qualified GP with MRCGP or equivalent
  • Full registration with General Medical Council
  • Inclusion on the GP Register
  • Right to work in the UK
