We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resourcing Manager to join our resourcing team and lead on the delivery of a high quality, end to end resourcing service across the trust. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resourcing Manager to join our resourcing team and lead on the delivery of a high quality, end to end resourcing service across the trust. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Trust's workforce strategy, ensuring that we attract, recruit and retain the talent needed to deliver outstanding patient care.
The post holder will lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the Trust's resourcing service, ensuring an efficient, and compliant recruitment process across all staff groups. This includes managing a team of recruitment professionals, providing expert advice to managers, and ensuring that all recruitment activity aligns with NHS Employment Check Standards, Trust policies, and employment legislation.
The post holder will have significant experience working in a recruitment or resourcing role, ideally within the NHS or a large, complex organisation, have experience of managing or supervising staff, possess strong knowledge of NHS recruitment processes and safer employment requirements, be highly organised, data-driven and confident managing competing priorities and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Main duties of the job
To lead on the delivery of professional, comprehensive and efficient services, seeking and acting on feedback. Be able to communicate complex information on recruitment related issues which will involve redeployment, sickness absence, job evaluation, and deliver specialist recruitment & selection training sessions.
To oversee the provision of advice and support to managers on Trust policy, procedural interpretation and organisational practice.
To analyse, review, and develop recruitment and retention strategies, with direction from the Head of Resourcing and the HR Business Partners, ensuring that they are aligned to Trust objectives, values and vision.
