Salaried GP
Framlingham Medical Practice are looking to recruit a salaried GP to join the team for up to full time (4-8 sessions per week), although there is flexibility for the right person. You would be joining a supportive, experienced team that is committed to working well together, delivering excellent and consistent care. We have a strong ethos of working collaboratively, supporting each other day to day, and maintaining a sustainable approach to workload. We are a training practice, supporting GP trainees and medical students from the University of Cambridge and University of East Anglia.

You would be joining a supportive, experienced team that is committed to working well together, delivering excellent and consistent care. We have a strong ethos of working collaboratively, supporting each other day to day, and maintaining a sustainable approach to workload. We are a training practice, supporting GP trainees and medical students from the University of Cambridge and University of East Anglia.
We have a stable practice team with a good mix of experience across GP's, nursing, dispensing and wider roles (administration and reception).
Main duties of the role include a mix of routine and acute clinical work, supported by a team based approach to manage demand.
We constantly review demand and capacity to ensure workloads are sustainable and safe.

About us
Framlingham Medical Practice is joining Suffolk Primary Care from the beginning of April 2026. This will provide access to a wider range of roles, shared expertise and organisational support, while allowing us to retain our identity as a local practice.
We are a SystmOne Practice and use Anima to support patient access and general enquiries.
We care for 9,500 patients across our main site in Framlingham and our branch surgery at Earl Soham.
