Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Reading, London, and Midlands)
Salary: Market Rate
Experience: Minimum Three years
Start Date: May/June 2022 (May be early than anticipated)
Qualification: BSc Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or relevant field

Overview:
The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with a dedicated PM/DM and support them on several the consultancy’s key accounts. Projects will include new Salesforce implementations, upgrades and configuration pieces so experience in similar CRM projects and a good understanding of the end-to-end project life cycle is a must.
- Proven experience driving vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise systems and applications Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Incent or Sales space
- Experience of Sales compensation and quota to pay implementations in a complex enterprise environment
- Proven experience in Sales Cloud or related systems, such as Callidus Incent, Salesforce Sales cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and common AppExchange products and integrated Sales Cloud ecosystem
- Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and analytical skills
General Activities:
- Support the PM by facilitating workshops, documenting outputs and actions as the project defines products within scope.
- Engage with the Quality leads regarding development of Requirements artefacts – format etc.
- Engaging with the right people to gather requirements is critical. The business operates in a heavily regulated environment and some areas of the organisation have strict regulatory requirements. To mitigate the risk of poorly captured requirements, there is a standard process that must be followed: Requirements Engineering Framework (REF).
- Continued engagement with Corporate Data & Compliance Team is necessary to comply with data protection regulations. During this stage a draft Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) must be created by the project with guidance from the aligned key contact from the Policy, Compliance & Rights team (PCR).
- Document a high level understanding of the people impact of the project change.
- Hold a Lessons Learned Meeting and update the Lessons Learned Log
