[Employer hidden] is situated in the historic market town of Alford, Lincolnshire. We have a practice list size of approximately 7,000 patients, cared for by a highly skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team.

Due to ongoing development and growth, we are currently expanding our clinical team, offering an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and forward-thinking practice.

We are part of the First Coastal PCN and benefit from access to a wide range of high-quality additional roles, with regular in-house clinics including Social Prescribing, First Contact Physiotherapy, and Senior Mental Health Nurse services.

Our modern partnership of GPs and ANPs works collaboratively alongside a focused and dedicated management team to deliver a high standard of patient care. We are committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and progressive working environment where staff can thrive both personally and professionally.

We are a dispensing practice and utilise digital systems such as SystmOne and AccuRx to support efficient and effective patient care.
