Hours: 37.5 FTE, negotiable working hours and job share considered

Role Details
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Clinical Lead GP to join our Practice in Boston, Lincolnshire delivering high-quality care to our patients. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking healthcare organisation while working in a supportive and inclusive environment. As the Clinical Lead GP, you will be managing the Practice Team to ensure we deliver the best healthcare to our patients. You will be working closely with the Senior Management Operations team to ensure the practice is safe, efficient and effective. This is an excellent opportunity for an established GP to step up into a leadership role and develop management skills both of people and of the clinical aspects of a GP practice.
