Situated in tranquil South Lincolnshire, our dispensing GMS practice maintains a decade-long 100% QOF achievement. Serving 8111 patients, it offers professional growth and personal fulfilment opportunities. We take pride in delivering comprehensive and patient-centered care to our diverse community. Committed to excellence, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and compassion in all aspects of our practice. We are a training practice, approved by East Midlands Deanery.
Position overview:
- Role: Salaried General Practitioner

- Hours: 6-8 sessions a week- 3-4 days

Requirements:
- Fully qualified and registered with the General Medical Council (GMC)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

- Passion for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our community
The post holder will manage their own caseload and work as part of our friendly and highly skilled clinical team, which includes:
- 2 GP Partners
- 2 Salaried GPs
- 1 Paramedic (Training to become an ACP)
- 1 Minor Illness Nurse (Training to become an ACP)
- 1 Practice Nurse
- 1 Healthcare Support Worker
- 2 Nurse Associates
- 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner
