As a dispensing practice with a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centred care, we’re proud of the supportive, collaborative culture we’ve built — and we’d love to welcome another GP into our team.

If you’re looking for a practice where you can grow, feel valued, and enjoy coming to work, this could be the perfect fit.

What We Offer

  • Protected time for CPD, supervision, and professional development
  • Opportunities to develop specialist interests and take on extended roles

About the Role

  • 4–8 sessions per week (flexible for the right candidate)
  • Mix of face-to-face and telephone appointments
  • Reasonable, well-managed workload with protected breaks
  • Opportunities to get involved in teaching, training, research and quality improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Open to learning, teaching, and contributing to a positive practice culture
  • Looking for a long-term, stable role in a genuinely friendly environment

Why Join Us?

Because we’re the kind of practice where people stay. Where you can ask questions, share ideas, and feel supported on busy days. Where training, development, and wellbeing aren’t just buzzwords—they’re part of how we work.
