FULL DESCRIPTION
Our client is a well-established business with three specialist divisions: packaging manufacturing and logistics solutions. With a reputation for innovation and integrity, they support customers across diverse industries. They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their in-house marketing team. This is a hands-on, task-driven role where you will support the Head of Marketing in delivering campaigns and materials that communicate the group’s values and drive growth.
Digital Marketing Executive– Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver campaigns that generate measurable results, using your design and content skills creatively within a task-oriented environment – consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate across divisions, ensuring all communications are professional, accurate, and tailored to the audience.
- Design and produce marketing materials including PDF templates, adverts, exhibition stands, and cutter guide designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Produce photography and image editing.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media, with a focus on developing LinkedIn channels.
- Support website updates across Wix and WordPress platforms, including image resizing and content optimisation.
- Assist with CRM activities, ideally using HubSpot, to improve communication and engagement.
Digital Marketing Executive – Key requirements
- Proven graphic design skills with a portfolio (digital and print) to reflect this.
- Experience in social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, able to create content that drives engagement.
- Hands-on website editing experience (Wix and/or WordPress), Ideal.
- Organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems (desirable, but not essential).
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across different business areas.
The Digital Marketing Executive role offers a basic salary of Circa. £28,000–£35,000 plus benefits. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our client’s office in Leeds.
