Our client is an established and growing automotive business. They are currently recruiting a Vehicle Valuations and Remarketing Specialist to join their established valuations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for valuing a wide variety of used vehicles in preparation for auction. The Vehicle Valuations and Remarketing Specialist can be based from our client’s Yorkshire office or have the flexibility to work remotely.
Vehicle Valuations and Remarketing Specialist – Key Accountabilities
• Utilise tools and expertise to effectively value vehicles in line with market conditions.
• Maximisation of margin and conversion rates through the effective valuation of vehicles.
• Action valuations in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
• Set reserves in line with market conditions utilising industry knowledge and expertise.
• Assist the purchasing team in resolves customer issues and reviewing previous valuation requests.
• Work with Purchasing and Sales Support colleagues to translate technical and complex information into meaningful customer interventions.
Vehicle Valuations and Remarketing Specialist – Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of the used car market and industry drivers.
• Ability to accurately value vehicles across multiple makes, models and price ranges.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills.
• Well organised, able to analyse and solve problems with keen attention to detail.
• Be a collaborative team player who is happy to work on own initiative.
• Microsoft proficiency including excellent Excel skills.

Vehicle Valuations and Remarketing Specialist offering a competitive basic salary plus benefits for the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexibility to work home-based.
