Our client is a global supplier of products, services, and solutions to the retail industry. They have enjoyed significant growth and are currently recruiting a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be a driven, self motivated and an experienced telesales professional who is confident making outbound calls to an existing/established customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Account Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Proactive approach to outbound sales calls to existing/lapsed customers base.
- Good Communication skills to listen, understand, sell and close deals over the phone.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Able to handle customer concerns and objections with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction on the in- house system databases.
- Generate leads through cold calling and utilising other sales techniques.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with emphasis placed on maintain and developing repeat customer business.
Sales Account Manager – Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in outbound sales and closing deals with a passion for sales!
- Proven track record in sales, business development and account management.
- Strong communication and negotiating skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced phone sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
The Sales Account Manager position is offering £26,000 – £28,000 Basic Salary OTE £36,000+ plus benefits, including 23 days holiday + statutory to the successful candidate. This is a full- time, permanent position, based at our client’s office in Leeds, working Monday – Thursday 8:30am until 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm.
