Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant – Position

• Proactively contacting new and lapsed clients, build strong client relationships by developing a good understanding of client company, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
• Specialising in permanent recruitment solutions to a variety of industries, providing a quality focused approach to both clients and candidates.
• This is a fully autonomous role that would suit an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who has a proven track record of delivering 360 degree recruitment solutions, to prospective & valued clients.

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Skills & Experience

• Proven track record of supplying permanent recruitment solutions with an understanding of what it takes to run a profitable perm desk.
• Have strong sales, influencing & negotiation skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to generate, build and develop strong client and candidate relationships.
• Be assertive, self motivated, showing drive and determination to succeed.
• Approachable, friendly and supportive team player with the confidence to work on their own initiative.

As a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant with [Employer hidden], the successful candidate will be offered a Basic salary of £24,000 – £32,000 per annum plus Excellent OTE and great benefits including 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays and an additional annual leave incentive – half day’s leave can be accrued for every month that targets are hit! This position is based from our office at Conyngham Hall, Knaresborough with free parking.
