Our client is a supplier to the UK retail industry. They have enjoyed significant growth and are currently recruiting a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their business.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Purpose

• Develop and create sales tools such as presentations and quotation documents for wider business
• Manage workflows to ensure Marketing activity is on time and best in class
• Campaign management and performance reporting
• Analysing and extract data using Excel, manage sales and marketing information, and produce reports
• Liaise with sales team to share and collate key information, via email, phone, Teams and document sharing
• Review and analyse data accuracy / call lists for internal and field sales teams
• Contact key clients to obtain missing information, answer queries or process orders if required
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Liaise with the internal stakeholders including Trading, Accounts and Logistics departments to ensure accurate information and actions are taken
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Candidate

• Ideally, experience gained in a Sales, Marketing, Business Operations or Administration function
• Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a desirable
• IT literate with Intermediate Excel skills
• An effective communicator with excellent organisational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator position is offering Circa. £24,000 – £26,000 Basic Salary plus great benefits for the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at our client’s office in Leeds, working Monday – Thursday 8:30am until 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am until 4:30pm.
