Our client is an established fire protection company with a proven track record gained within the Construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are currently recruiting a Technical Training Manager who will oversee our client’s product training programmes. This position would suit an experienced trainer with a strong engineering understanding and experience gained within a construction / earth movement environment.

Technical Training Manager – Role Purpose
• Identifying the training and development needs of the business and driving implementation of training programmes.
• Working with the wider business to ensure that the training programmes best reflect internal and external needs.
• Creating training materials for classroom and onsite use that fit the needs of business and customer.
• Take ownership and responsibility for training programmes, which will include identifying, developing, and delivering training onsite throughout the UK and Worldwide.
Technical Training Manager – Responsibilities
• Determining and assessing the organisations training programmes.
• Understanding, identifying, developing, and delivering tailored training packages.
• Creating training materials and programmes to address specific business objectives.
• Writing reports, keeping records, and issuing certification.
• Working with multiple departments internally and external to ensure that the training objectives are realised.
• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes.
• Keeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, development methodologies, and best practices.
• Identifying and implementing a wide range of training techniques to improve efficiency.
• Be hands-on in delivering training programmes, onsite, throughout UK and Worldwide operations.
Technical Training Manager – Skills and Experience
• Strong engineering experience gained within the construction / earth movement industry.
• Experienced creating, developing and delivering training materials across multiple sites.
• Ability to use the Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to analyse complex data and identify trends.
• Decision making experience and capability.
The Technical Training Manager position is offering £60,000 – £65,000 basic salary plus Car Allowance and Excellent Benefits. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position with a flexibility to attend our client’s UK head office once weekly/fortnightly. Due to the nature of the role, it is expected that they successful candidate will be required to travel regularly.
