Sales Executive
£25,000 Basic Salary plus Commission (realistic £31,000 OTE uncapped)
Our client is a growing customer centric business, specialising in the purchase of used vehicles, offering customers a quick and hassle-free way to sell their car from the comfort of their own home. Due to continued growth, our client is currently recruiting a customer focused Sales Executive to join their friendly sales team in Rotherham.
Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact warm leads generated through our client’s website and social media activity
- Manage sales process from initial conversation with customer, through to confirmation of purchase and booking of collection
- Build rapport with customers who are already considering selling their used vehicle to gain a detailed understanding of their vehicle through effective questioning techniques
- Work with the valuations department to provide an accurate and competitive purchase price for a customer wishing to sell their vehicle
- Update CRM system and liaise with department to ensure a quick, efficient and customer centric approach
- Work and contribute towards a happy, busy, buzzing, target focused team environment
Sales Executive – Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience (automotive understanding desirable, not essential)
- Have strong communication skills with the confidence to make outbound calls
- Be self motivated and comfortable working in a target focused environment
- Be a good conversationalist, able to build rapport with customer, understand their situation and answer/ask questions
- Be a team player with the confidence to work on your own initiative
- Be customer focused, taking pride in providing exceptional customer service
The Sales Executive position is offering £25,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £31,000 uncapped plus benefits, including 31 days holiday incl. bank holidays per annum for the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday based at our client’s office in Rotherham.
