Youth Ministry Lead

Lead and deliver [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]’s youth ministry (11–18s) in alignment with the vision, values, and strategic direction set by the Senior Leadership Team. This role focuses on excellent programme delivery, volunteer leadership, and discipleship of young people, while contributing to the wider life and mission of the church.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To lead and deliver [Employer hidden]’s youth ministry (11–18s) in alignment with the vision, values, and strategic direction set by the Senior Leadership Team. This role focuses on excellent programme delivery, volunteer leadership, and discipleship of young people, while contributing to the wider life and mission of the church.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week), although part-time will be considered.
  • Salary: £26,000-£28000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Enhanced DBS: The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) which will include a Children’s Barred List check prior to employment. This is a legal requirement for all roles in regulated activity with children and young people. Employment will be conditional upon receipt of a satisfactory DBS disclosure.
  • Desirable requirement: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
