The Role

This is a high-impact, dual-aspect role designed for a senior practitioner who excels at building effective and trusted partnerships with clients, steering complex, multi-workstream engagements while simultaneously acting as a thought leader in the wider testing market.

You will be accountable for the full engagement lifecycle, from shaping pre-sales solutions to ensuring quality portfolio delivery. Beyond the project, you are a storyteller and advocate, confident in public speaking and active in the testing community to bring awareness to [Employer hidden]’s brand through events, networking, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery Management

• Build long-standing, trusted relationships with [Employer hidden]’s clients big and small; be the point of continuity for [Employer hidden] clients
• Tailor [Employer hidden] services and solutions to deliver value to our customers and exceed their expectations
• Provide oversight to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. You will support and mentor [Employer hidden] Project Leads to resolve delivery issues before they escalate
• Be the senior escalation point for the client
• Determine the required skills and team composition. Work with the wider [Employer hidden] team to balance delivery quality with individual career development and commercial drivers.

2. Pre-Sales & Strategic Account Growth

• Partner with the [Employer hidden] Sales team to qualify technical requirements and structure projects that effectively resolve client problem statements.
• Set the standard for pre-sales conversations, leveraging your deep technical expertise to build immediate trust with prospective stakeholders at all levels from project and test managers through to directors and C-suite.
• Proactively identify and qualify opportunities for extensions and scope expansions within your existing portfolio.

3. Market, Community & Brand Awareness (The "Voice" of [Employer hidden])

• Represent [Employer hidden] at industry conferences, webinars, and roundtables. You are comfortable presenting complex quality engineering topics to diverse audiences.
• Maintain an active presence in the test and quality market. Whether through LinkedIn, blog posts, or local meetups, you help position [Employer hidden] as a preferred partner and employer of choice.
• Leverage your professional network to identify new workstreams and stay ahead of industry trends to inform our service offerings.

About You

• You have a proven track record in successful programme and project delivery as well as delivery management, managing multiple concurrent workstreams with strategic responsibility.
• You possess deep expertise in Testing and Quality Engineering, allowing you to provide genuine technical direction and challenge project assumptions.
• You are a confident public speaker who enjoys sharing knowledge. You don't just "do" the work; you enjoy talking about the why and the how to an audience.
• You enjoy empowering your team, helping them navigate their career paths while maintaining high performance for the client.
