FULL DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Specialist – Business and Events, you’ll be at the forefront of promoting our resort, helping us attract corporate clients, private events, and everything in between.

THAT’S WHERE YOU COME IN…

As a Sales Specialist – Business and Events, you’ll be at the forefront of promoting our resort, helping us attract corporate clients, private events, and everything in between. Aside from working well with the rest of the team, which we think should be a given, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Handling all incoming enquiries for business events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Managing each event from start to finish, covering every detail.
  • Impressing your clients by understanding their needs – and taking the opportunity to upsell where appropriate.
  • Communicating clearly with multiple departments in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Applying your commercial acumen to assess enquiries and spot future business opportunities.

*We live and breathe hospitality…so it would be great if you felt the same.*

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

  • Experience in a sales or events role, ideally within hospitality or hotels.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive organiser with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Commercially minded – with a natural instinct for spotting business opportunities.
  • Someone who thrives in a warm, independent, team-oriented environment.
