FULL DESCRIPTION
I’m currently partnering with a premium consumer drinks brand to appoint a Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital acquisition and ecommerce growth. This role sits at the centre of the company’s direct-to-consumer strategy, with responsibility for scaling customer acquisition and improving performance across the full digital funnel. They are looking for someone who will bring fresh ideas, challenge current approaches and push experimentation across paid media, creative and CRO.
The Role
- Own digital acquisition strategy across Meta, Google and other growth channels
- Scale customer growth across the DTC ecommerce business
- Lead creative-led paid media experimentation
- Develop UGC and performance content strategies
- Improve website performance through CRO and A/B testing
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with agencies while challenging strategy and driving results
- Introduce new growth opportunities across creators, partnerships and emerging channels
About You
- Proven experience scaling customer acquisition for a consumer brand
- Deep expertise in Meta performance marketing
- Strong experience with creative testing and performance-led content
- Analytical mindset with strong experience interpreting marketing data
- Comfortable running experimentation frameworks and CRO initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
