The Role

You will:

  • Drive proactive growth by identifying new opportunities across retail media teams and CPG brands, expanding campaign scale across underpenetrated categories.
  • Develop insight-led, revenue-generating proposals aligned to retailer priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Translate shopper behaviour, market trends and competitive dynamics into compelling campaign strategies.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with retail media and marketing stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely execution.
  • Forecast and manage revenue and margin performance with discipline and agility.
  • Champion smarter processes and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client experience.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in client management, retail media, shopper marketing or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience developing persuasive, insight-driven proposals aligned to retail objectives.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships.
  • Commercially astute, proactive and solutions-oriented, with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Highly organised, with solid project management skills across campaign lifecycles.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
