We’re working with a global business looking to hire a Customer Demand Planner to have full end to end responsibility for the Customer forecast, ensuring optimal Customer Service & minimal waste through a collaborative relationship with the Customer & the Commercial teams.

We’re working with a global business looking to hire a Customer Demand Planner to have full end to end responsibility for the Customer forecast, ensuring optimal Customer Service & minimal waste through a collaborative relationship with the Customer & the Commercial teams.
This role sits between supply chain and commercial teams, playing a key part in keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer forecasts (short, medium, long term)
- Act as the main contact for any supply or service issues
- Monitor sales, orders, stock levels and performance data
- Work closely with commercial teams on forecasts and promotions
- Support new product launches and product phase-outs
- Help reduce waste and improve overall efficiency
- Work with internal teams to manage stock and priorities
Requirements
- 2+ Years in FMCG Supply Chain Experience
- Experience in analytical planning and customer-facing experience
- Strong data and Excel skills
- Good communication and stakeholder skills
