The business is scaling quickly and investing heavily in new customer acquisition channels, particularly across social and creator-led commerce.
The Role We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-performing creator and TikTok Shop ecosystem. This is a performance-driven role, focused on driving revenue through creators – not just brand awareness.
You’ll develop a creator strategy centred on: - high-volume content - rapid testing - continuous optimisation against key commercial metrics
You’ll play a key role in turning influencer and creator activity into a scalable acquisition channel.
What You’ll Do - Build and manage a large network of creators and affiliates - Launch campaigns, incentives, and always-on programmes to drive consistent content and sales - Identify winning content trends, hooks, and formats - Brief creators with clear, conversion-focused direction - Track and optimise performance across GMV, CPA, and ROAS - Scale what works and quickly iterate on underperformance - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maximise growth
Ideal Profile - Experience in influencer marketing, creator commerce, or TikTok Shop - Proven track record of driving measurable commercial results through creators - Strong understanding of short-form content that converts - Performance-led mindset with confidence using key metrics (GMV, CPA, ROAS) - Comfortable working at pace with high volumes of content - Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
Desirable: - DTC or eCommerce experience - Experience working closely with paid social teams
