About the role
This is an on-site role within the Digital Services team where you will have a primary focus on improving operational efficiency by identifying and automating repetitive or manual business processes. The role will work closely with internal teams to support the replacement of legacy workflows, particularly during the migration from legacy platforms to modern solutions. The engineer will leverage low-code/no-code platforms and scripting tools to streamline tasks, reduce human error, and enhance user experience. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for automation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Capabilities
- Identify repetitive or manual business processes suitable for automation.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Maintain and improve existing automation scripts and tools to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Support the migration of legacy workflows to modern platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support API connections, middleware and system interfaces.
