Talent Sourcer - Engineering

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and professional networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Market mapping: Identifying and mapping target companies to create talent pool lists for hard to find and in demand talent.
- Candidate Screening: Review profiles, resumes and cover letters, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, track candidate progress through the recruitment process, and provide regular updates to Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an attractive place to work.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their specific needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, labour market conditions, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in talent sourcing and recruiting across the UK and Europe
- Previous proven experience hiring across highly technical engineering roles
- Demonstrable understanding of sourcing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn tools, Boolean searching and sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of various industries and job markets
- Experience of working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast faced, high growth environment
- Experience of passive sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A natural curiosity and tenacity
- Ability to influence with data and insights
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Comfort with ambiguity and dealing with constant change.
