Project Manager
Join the team driving innovation at Williams. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across Engineering and Site Projects. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Collaborate across departments to manage resources, resolve constraints, and drive project success.
- Create and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and consistent updates.
- Govern change control processes and ensure leadership sign-off on all project changes.
- Map and improve business processes to support successful change initiatives.
- Chair project meetings, report to IPTs, and ensure actions and follow-ups are tracked.
- Monitor budgets, raise requisitions, and ensure financial compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for Health & Safety, ensuring alignment with safety standards.
- Support and mentor other PMs, contributing to a collaborative project management culture.
- Manage engineering-focused and ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex projects (4+ years), ideally in engineering or construction.
- Comfortable working in a matrix organisation and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to blend approaches effectively.
- Strong communication skills across all levels, with a knack for visualising and presenting information.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and contractors.
- A proactive problem-solver who drives accountability and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
