HRIS Administrator

Data Management:

  • Enter, maintain, and update employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform data uploads into Workday utilizing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).

System Administration:

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize various HR processes like payroll, talent & performance, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Coordinate and support the deployment of Workdays bi-annual upgrade releases.
  • Test new system changes and support integrations between Workday and third-party vendors.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by end users, providing level 2 support across multiple Workday modules.
  • Participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement and development of HR technology solutions.

User Support & Training

  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for end users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate end users on HR system features and functionality.
  • Effectively collaborate with teams such as HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Recruiting and Finance, providing exceptional customer service.
