Quality & Governance Lead

Location: [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]21 hours per week – days and times flexibleSalary: £28,000-£30,000 (actual for 21 hours) depending on experience

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the Hospice’s quality governance, assurance and compliance activities.

This includes ensuring effective systems are in place for audit delivery, regulatory and commissioner readiness, policy/document control, risk and incident governance and performance assurance reporting. The role also provides key support to the Senior Management Team on governance and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing regular reports for the Hospice. The postholder will ensure evidence-based compliance and Care Quality Commission (CQC) aligned expectations supporting safe, effective and well-led care.
