We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to work within our multi-disciplinary team, supporting the patients of [Employer hidden] and our community, to provide occupational therapy assessment, treatment and on-going management to a wide range of patients with a palliative care diagnosis.

We provide a comprehensive range of services including our Community and Wellbeing Services, Bereavement and Family Support Services and a 12-bedded Inpatient Unit.

Our services are evolving as the needs of our patients change so this is a truly exciting time to be joining the Hospice. You will be a part of the clinical team, which includes working with Nursing and Medical staff, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioner and Support Workers.

We are looking for someone who has a real interest in palliative and end-of-life care, is keen to take a holistic approach to their practice and has developed skills to work autonomously in order to meet patient need. It is currently a very exciting time as we are further developing our services to provide a coordinated approach to the treatment of patients with palliative care needs.
