We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and confident Control Room Operations Coordinator to oversee and support security operations across multiple sites. Based within a fast-paced control room environment, you will play a key role in ensuring full operational coverage, coordinating staff deployment, responding to incidents, and maintaining high service standards at all times.

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and confident Control Room Operations Coordinator to oversee and support security operations across multiple sites. Based within a fast-paced control room environment, you will play a key role in ensuring full operational coverage, coordinating staff deployment, responding to incidents, and maintaining high service standards at all times.
This is a critical operational role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, can make sound decisions quickly, and has strong logistical and communication skills.
Hours of Work: Night Shift- 12 hour shifts
Salary: £13.00-£13.50
Candidate must have
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily control room operations across multiple sites
- Manage and plan staffing levels, ensuring full shift coverage at all times
- Cover unfilled shifts, absences, and urgent operational requirements
- Respond effectively to unplanned staffing or operational issues
- Monitor booking on/off procedures, check calls, CCTV, mobile patrols, and alarm activations
- Log, manage, and escalate incidents in line with company procedures
- Produce accurate operational reports and maintain detailed records
- Liaise professionally with on-site teams, senior management, and external partners
- Conduct structured shift handovers to maintain operational continuity
- Support vehicle coordination, key holding, and equipment management
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a control room, operations, or security coordination role
- Strong organisational and workforce planning skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise in a high-pressure environment
- Calm, decisive, and solution-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems, monitoring platforms, and scheduling tools
- Valid SIA licence (mandatory)
- Valid CCTV licence (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
