The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Finance Director

Location: Hybrid (working from our Peterborough & Monmouth sites at least twice per week)

Are you a Finance Director looking to partner with our Global Supplementsteam to support the growth of our B2C branded products portfolio across the UK and internationally? Are you commercially astute; experienced in developing, reviewing and supporting strategy to deliver effective business performance? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Set the vision and direction for the Finance team, aligning with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic input to senior leadership team, informing key decisions and growth plans.
  • Integrate Finance across the Global Supplements business and provide real value through the provision of quality, timely and accurate information.
  • Oversee financial governance and ensure robust controls and procedures are applied across Global Supplements.
  • Combines proficient analytical skills and intuition, seeking innovative new approaches, processes and systems that add value to the organisation.
  • Ensure all financial targets are met in addition to financial and statutory regulations complied with.
  • Oversee financial evaluation of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
  • Responsible for financial planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Build meaningful relationships and partnerships to encourage collaboration and inclusivity.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing Finance team, creating a culture of engagement and excellence.
  • Provide strategic input into the Global Supplements Senior Leadership Team supporting and advising important decisions affecting the business unit.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a senior finance leader within a B2C branded company.
  • Effective business partnering with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build consensus across all levels
  • Comprehensive commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions, whilst maintaining relationships.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and openness to change.
  • A role model who inspires and contributes to team development and performance.
  • Shows initiative and is accountable for delivering results.

Location

This role offers flexibility with a mix of home and office-based working with regular visits to our Peterborough and Monmouth sites. Occasional international travel may be required.
