Job Description :
Join our dynamic team and make a difference in children settings! We're on the lookout for Nursery assistants and teaching assistants across slough, oxford, London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will support staff in providing high-quality childcare and education to children. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and maintaining a clean and stimulating environment.
Must have level 2/3 childcare OR good experience within childcare/education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities and routines.
- Support children's learning and development through play and structured activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.
- Help with feeding, diapering, and toileting of infants and toddlers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and nursery policies.
