Logistics Shift Leader
Olympia London
£34,500 per annum
What you will be doing as a Logistics Shift Leader
- Lead groups of accredited Marshals to ensure traffic management is legally compliant.
- Reinforce daily operational briefings and support wider logistics operations.
- Organise and monitor staff welfare breaks, covering roles if needed.
- Act as first point of contact for customer complaints.
- Investigate event VC booking systems to identify potential traffic issues in advance.
- Assist in preparing show reports and traffic operation statistics; provide feedback to Logistics Supervisors.
- Use operational systems effectively, reporting or resolving system faults.
