FULL DESCRIPTION
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development (BD) Business Partner to join our close-knit business Development and Marketing team, working exclusively with our Marrons planning brand. You will work closely with senior leaders of the Marrons team to develop strategies and put plans into action.
Key Responsibilities
- working with the Marrons Marketing Business Partner to create integrated marketing and BD campaign plans
- engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment across channels and teams and to deliver plans with success
- stakeholder management with the Marrons leadership team and connecting them with others within the wider BD team as required. Plan and negotiate on priorities and objectives
- acting as conduit between the fee earning teams and wider marketing specialists
- leading relevant sales and business development meetings
- driving business development initiatives forward with the area teams and wider organisation, including working closely with legal colleagues across all our [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] brands
- leading key account planning, undertaking client care meetings and ensuring our clients are at the heart of our growth plans
- researching partnership and sponsorship opportunities and working with the wider team to create event and activation plans (including colleagues in other [Employer hidden] brands)
- working with marketing to develop partnership, sponsorship, and event opportunities to enhance profile and pipeline
- ensuring opportunities for winning work are captured and followed-up post event or campaign
- monitoring performance in the delivery of BD plans and activity in line with goals
- identifying new areas of referral and planning how best to leverage those relationshipsmanaging calendar of events
- working with client development to manage client feedback and take forward relevant actions with stakeholders
- talking to clients and prospects to introduce our teams and services
- using CRM and client analytics to identify and unlock new work opportunities
- staying up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
- encouraging, challenging and coaching partners and other fee earners with their own business development goals
- budget management for BD initiated brand spend
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Skills and experience you will have:
- Experience of working, client-side or agency/consultancy, in marketing or business development- planning, surveying or architecture is preferred.
