Group Change Project Manager
SKILLS
FULL DESCRIPTION
What you will be doing:
• Lead the delivery of complex IT and business change projects, taking full ownership for driving progress, decision-making and delivery outcomes — not simply facilitating activity.
• Establish clear scope boundaries early, holding stakeholders accountable to agreed objectives, timelines and success measures.
• Navigate ambiguity by actively shaping delivery approaches where detail is unclear, proactively removing blockers and driving decisions to maintain momentum.
• Deliver projects to agreed timelines and budgets, escalating assertively when risks or resource constraints threaten delivery.
What you will need:
• Minimum 5+ years delivering both IT and business change projects in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering under pressure, across ambiguous scopes, and within constrained resource environments.
• Proven ability to challenge, influence and hold senior stakeholders to account.
• Strong track record of delivering technical solutions and business change outcomes on time and within budget.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Strong risk, dependency and financial management capability.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Excel and willingness to learn other project management tools where necessary.
