We need candidate with at least 4+ years of experience in Networking, firewall, Windows Server, Active Directory and Virtualization.

##### **Job Description:**

• Providing proactive support to customer tickets
• Monitoring the network and making sure the high availability of the devices
• Troubleshooting any issues with devices, servers, network downtime and cloud infrastructure
• Upgrading and patching servers, applications, firm wares and other infrastructure
• Monitor and manage cluster of firewalls.
• Create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) network diagrams
• Managing custom onboarding by creating Active Directory objects, group policies etc.
• Documenting all activities including network troubleshoot, patches, upgrades, complexities and unsolved problems.
• Cloud administration such as Citrix Cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure and AWS

##### ********Job Requirements:********

• 4+ years building and managing infrastructures including storage, networking, compute, security and virtualization
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, and Cisco firewalls.
• Expert in at least any one of the firewalls.
• Skilled in WLAN implementation and troubleshooting.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Active Directory and Group policy management
• Well versed in poweshell scripts and ability to automate necessary tasks such as backups, reports etc
• Familiarity with protocols such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, LDAP, SNMP, CDP, and LLDP
• Experience with F5, Radware or NetScaler load balancers
• You must be an expert with at least one of Virtualization technologies such as Citrix, MS RDS, VMware, Parallels etc
• Experience with a cloud management such as AWS, Azure or other cloud technology is a plus
• Experience managing Automate101 Atria (CPSM) is a plus
• High standard verbal and written communication in English is a mandatory one
