We are seeking a compassionate Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join a GP clinic, providing expert, patient-centered care and clinical support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • You will identify, manage and support patients that are risk of diabetes or have complex diabetes
  • Develop care plans and prescribe medication
  • Implement care plans and health care education to patients as well as healthcare practitioners

Requirements:

  • Be able to prescribe (don’t need to titrate)
  • Previous experience in Diabetes review
  • Postgraduate diploma or equivalent

This opportunity offers:

  • The hours: 9am till 6pm
  • Shifts: 5 days a week
  • Outside IR35
