Community Nurse (RGN)

We have opportunities in the following locations: Worthing, Brighton, Crowborough, Havens, Heathfield, Hove, Lewes

In this role, you will provide dedicated care to patients within their own homes, delivering all standard community nursing duties with confidence and compassion.

You’ll be working as part of a service committed to supporting people with long-term conditions, while also promoting health and wellbeing across the community.

Requirements:

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
• Minimum of 6 months’ UK Community Nursing experience
