As a Telephone Triage Clinician, you will:

  • Assess patient symptoms and clinical information over the phone
  • Provide accurate triage advice, ensuring patients receive the appropriate level of care
  • Support patients with reassurance, guidance, and signposting to relevant services
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient pathways
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records using electronic systems

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with NMC registration
  • Experience in telephone triage or clinical assessment preferred
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
