[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for Advanced Practitioners (ANP/ACP) to join a Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) in Wavertree, Merseyside.
Working closely with NHS 111 colleagues, the CAS operates 24/7 to support patients who contact NHS 111 with certain predefined clinical presentations.
In this role you will provide skilled and effective assessment of patients presenting clinical need, through telephone consultation, using professional clinical judgement and evidence based practice.
You will assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients effectively and conduct and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations. Facilitate clear patient pathways through primary, community, urgent and secondary care.
This opportunity is onsite and not a remote role.
Skills / Requirements
- NMC or HCPC Registered
- MSc Advanced Practice or equivalent (desirable)
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (V300) (essential)
- Clinical Examination and Diagnostics Level 6 or 7 (essential)
- Telephone Triage experience
- Experience in urgent care, primary care, out-of-hours, or emergency settings
- Ability to work autonomously and make complex clinical decisions
