Telephone Triage Nurse

[Employer hidden] has an opportunity for Band 6 Telephone Triage Nurses to support a Telephone Triage service in Mansfield.

In this role you will be conducting clinical assessments over the phone to identify patient needs and provide appropriate advice or interventions. You will be signposting patients to the most suitable care pathways or services.

We are keen to speak with Telephone Triage Nurses (RGN) with previous experience in telephone triage or similar clinical roles and have strong decision-making and communication skills.

Requirements/Experience:

• Telephone Triage Experience (6 months)
• NMC Registered
• Evidence of acute care setting (Urgent Care / A&E / Admissions)
• Touch Type
• An accredited course such as, Minor Illness, Physical Assessment or History Taking at Level 6
